The Process

Apply the Sealcoat
We pour the coal-tar-based or asphalt-based sealcoat material onto the surface.
Coat Application
We apply a sealant to the sealcoat material to smooth the surface and ensure proper adhesion.
Dry and Cure
We wait 12 to 36 hours for the sealcoat material to dry and cure.
